Three new tenants enrich the premium offer of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow
Three new tenants have taken the space of a total of 309,5 sqm in the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow Phase I. With one of them, All Seasons Comfort, the ‘Red Carpet Alley’ is now fully leased.
FASHION HOUSE Group joint efforts to secure the scheme’s optimal portfolio of tenants have resulted in the very high customers’ satisfaction level, as the latest survey results reveal.
The leasing process in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow Phase II (to be opened on November 4th 2016) is progressing fast, with 78% of the space committed to be leased.
According to the survey conducted by Vector Market Research in July 2016, 86% of the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow customers say that the scheme offers a lot of brands interesting for them. Customers can be even more satisfied soon as the new fashion brands have joined the scheme.
All Seasons Comfort is an outlet concept by Cashmere & Silk, a major multi-brand retailer, offering such high-end brands as Brunello Cucinelli (James Bond’s suits in the last series), Missoni, Peserico and many others. The broad assortment includes clothes and accessories which will satisfy the discerning taste of any customer. Luxurious materials, delicate details, elegant style combined with reasonable prices — are the main components in collections themes. The All Seasons Comfort’s store has been opened in a 143,5 sqm unit located in the luxurious ‘Red Carpet alley’ – home solely to the best local and international high-end fashion brands, which is now fully leased.
Founded in Florence in 1991 by the designer Arno Benvenuto, the Italian accessory brand ELEGANZZA offers a wide range of accessories for women who value elegance as the basis of self-image. The highest quality bags, shawls and wraps, gloves and umbrellas can satisfy even the most demanding fashion lovers. ELEGANZZA has decided to lease a unit of 85 sqm.

Since its inception in 2002, Crocs has sold more than 300 million pairs of shoes in more than 90 countries around the world. The Crocs’ store occupies 81 sqm.
