FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Pallady in Bucharest opening on May 27, 2021

FASHION HOUSE Pallady is a 12,590 sqm outdoor outlet centre just outside Bucharest that opened its doors on May 27th following a EUR 25 million investment.

The fourth operational outlet for FASHION HOUSE Group, it was the first new outlet experience to open on mainland Europe in 2021, and is destined to become a major smart shopping destination on Bucharest’s commercial map.

The project will eventually offer 62 stores and is being developed in two phases with up to 41 stores available in 2021 and a further 21 to be added in 2022.  More than 100 new jobs have been created through the opening of the first phase. Visitors to Bucharest’s newest shopping destination can access everyday discounts of up to 70 per cent on some of the world’s leading fashion brands including Puma, Killtec, Tom Tailor, Lee Cooper, Triumph, Otter, Sizeer, Ecco, Colin’s, US Polo Assn and many others.

FASHION HOUSE Pallady features a design concept inspired by Bucharest’s Belle Époque architecture with bohemian open-air streets for customers to enjoy shopping and natural light.

A children’s play area, restaurants, and over 300 free car parking spaces are also available for visitors and further boost the attractiveness of the outlet.

FASHION HOUSE Pallady is part of a wider Retail and Leisure Park, which is currently in progress to become a leading shopping and leisure destination in Romania, a perfect addition to the commercial offer in this part of Bucharest.

FASHION HOUSE Pallady is in the Eastern part of Bucharest, strategically located to attract traffic from the Southern part of Romania and the A2 highway which is the access road to the Black Sea. During the summer, this highway is one of the most transited roads in Romania for holiday makers.

The easy, seamless access right from the very heart of Bucharest is complimented by a well-developed public transportation infrastructure, including a metro line.
