PUMA, one of the world’s leading sports lifestyle companies, are the latest in a long line of brands to sign up for the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow which is due to open in 2013. PUMA has taken a 347 sq m unit.
Miroslaw Ryba, Managing Director, Puma Russia explains: “It was vital that we deal with a professional and experienced Outlet operator going into a new sector as it is the key to our brand’s success. We have worked with FASHION HOUSE Group over a number of years and they have a successful proven track record. We are delighted to be opening an outlet in their Moscow site.”

Our leasing team is working with a wide range of brands and we will be announcing more lease signings over the coming months.”

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first FASHION HOUSE Group project in Russia, located just 12 km away from Moscow and has a catchment area of 13.4 million within a 90 minutes drive time. With GLA of 28,640 sq m, it will be home to 165 outlet units, foodcourt, restaurants and cafes, 1820 parking spaces and a children’s play area.
Brands already signed up include L’Etoile, Lacoste, Calzedonia, Incanto, Econika, Henderson, Ralf Ringer and Intimissimi, among others.
