New leases at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow has six new tenants: Lanmoll, Sesto Meucci, Gerard Darel, LTB Jeans, Home & Cook and Kanz. They have leased a total of nearly 1,000 sqm.
Lanmoll is a popular Russian multibrand store offering luxury brands such as Versace Collection, Blumarine and Versus. The company took a 335 sqm unit in the Red Carpet Alley, a separate part of the centre, which is home solely to the best Russian and international high-end fashion brands. Sesto Meucci, a producer of high quality shoes and leather accessories, leased a 172 sqm unit in the same part of the centre. Gerard Darel – a French fashion brand characterized by simple, chic and ultra-feminine style joins the Red Carpet Alley with 144 sqm bouticque.
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow will be home also for the following top quality brands:
- LTB Jeans (178 sqm), Turkish fashion brand, denim producer,
- Home & Cook (88 sqm), which all the best gadgets and cookware for the kitchen,
- Kanz (77 sqm), offering day and nights collections for newborn and kids.
