Melon Fashion Group to join the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, which is now leased in over 30%

Melon Fashion Group, one of the leading retailers in Russia, will open its two outlet stores at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. Befree and Love Republic, brands owned by the company, will take over 700 sqm of gross leasable area of the second phase of the scheme, which is now leased in over 30%.

 
With over 600 stores in Russia and CIS countries, Melon Fashion Group is one of the biggest retailers in the country. Company’s portfolio comprises 3 fashion brands: Zarina, Love Republic and befree, and two of them will be opened in the outlet format within the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. In a 354 sqm unit, Love Republic will offer a high quality clothing for confident women. Befree will open a 348 sqm store with a wide selection of clothes for young men and women.

In addition to Love Republic and befree, FASHION HOUSE Group singed agreements with several new tenants: Baon, Superstep, Mr.Sumkin, Kanz Shoes. These agreements cover over 1,400 sqm in total and represent over 30% of the second phase gross leasable area (GLA). Construction of the second phase of the scheme started in October and phase is due to open on November 4th 2016. With most of the general inside works finished, the company is now ready to focus on decorating the interior and works related to the parking area. Second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow will add 4,500 sqm of GLA. Located by Leningradskoye highway, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed facility of this kind in Russia. List of tenants includes luxury, designer and high street brands: Tommy Hilfiger, adidas, Reebok, US Polo, Tom Tailor, Benetton, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Tru Trussardi, Samsonite, Salomon and others.
