Less than 100 days to the opening of the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow

The construction works at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow second phase site are progressing swiftly towards completion and the planned grand opening on 4th November 2016. Newly created part of the scheme, which is already leased in over 30%, will add 4,500 sqm of GLA.

This autumn, FASHION HOUSE Group will open the second phase of its award-winning FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. The company is on the home straight: the façade has been almost completed and needs only a finishing touch. The building, designed with accordance to the first phase architectural theme – classical Moscow architecture, will complete the image of the centre.

Interior design of the second phase will follow the “Window to Europe” concept, based on shopping street views from various European cities. With most of the shopfronts and wall panels installed, one can already notice the final look of the main passage, which will take customers to the shopping streets of Paris. Mantling of stone on the floor in the mall has been started. Ceilings are ready and the final installation works are ongoing. Outside the building, works related to the parking area are at an advanced stage with asphalting to be finished by the end of July.

Construction of the second phase started in October 2015. It will cost approximately €11 million in total and is fully financed with company’s own equity. Similarly to the first phase, it is seeing strong interest from both international and local brands. Recently, Melon Fashion Group, one of the largest retailers in Russia, leased 700 sqm of retail space for its two fashion brands befree and LOVE REPUBLIC. They joined the list of tenants including Baon, Superstep, Mr. Sumkin and Kanz Shoes. With a total area of 5,650 sqm and GLA of 4,500 sqm, the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow will be home to more than 30 new brands.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed scheme of this type in Russia. After completion of the second phase, it will have a GLA of over 20,000 sqm. The scheme offers customers top quality international and domestic brands, available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices. The impressive portfolio of tenants includes: Tommy Hilfiger, Furla, Pinko, adidas, Reebok, US Polo, Tom Tailor, Benetton, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Tru Trussardi, Samsonite, Salomon and others. Opening of the second phase, launch of FASHION HOUSE Online Shopping, the key component of the Group’s omni-channel strategy, and the new food offer (available from November), make FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow one of the top shopping destination in Russia.
