FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow with five new tenants

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow finishes the year with force. Just in time for Christmas shopping season, three new retailers, including Galleria Deluxe, Furla and Pinko opened their stores within FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. Two additional brands – Tom Tailor Kids and Piserro joined the FASHION HOUSE family of brands and will open stores in upcoming weeks, while Miuz decided to extend its premise. New agreements cover over 1100 sq m in total.

Galleria Deluxe, a multibrand store offering items from Marina Yachting, Marlboro Classics, Henry Cottons and Cerruti 1881 opened a 349 sq m unit within the first phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. Pinko, a brand with a distinct Italian spirit, took a 250 sq m premise, while Furla occupied a 176 sq m store. In addition, Miuz, one of the existing tenants, decided to relocate and extend its store to 83 sq m. In the upcoming weeks two additional tenants – Tom Tailor Kids and Piserro – will also open their stores in the scheme. Each brand will take a 174 sq m unit.

We are thrilled with the new retailers joining FASHION HOUSE family as well as with the fact that our existing tenants grow and extend their premises. This is definitely a proof that our proactive approach to managing outlet centres is paying off for our tenants and FASHION HOUSE Group. With double digit growth of sales and footfall, this was an excellent year for our first outlet centre in Russia, and due to the planned opening of the 2nd phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow in November 2016, we expect to grow even faster next year – said Brendon O’Reilly, Managing Director of FASHION HOUSE Group.

In October 2015, FASHION HOUSE Group started construction of the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. Newly created part is due to open on November 4th 2016. It will add 4,500 sqm of GLA and will be home to over 30 new brands. So far the company completed foundations and all concrete pales. Exterior walls are done in 80% and fitting of steel roof structure has begun. Total cost of construction is approximately € 11 million and the investment will be fully financed using company’s own equity.

Opened in June 2013, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed facility of this kind in Russia. It offers customers top quality international and domestic brands available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices. List of tenants includes luxury, designer and high street brands: Tommy Hilfiger Adidas, Reebok, US Polo, Tom Tailor, Benetton, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Cacharel, Carlo Pazolini, Tru Trussardi, Samsonite, Salomon, Reserved, Mohito and others.
