FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow wins REX Marketing Award
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow won the prestigious REX Marketing Award in the „Best B2B Marketing” category.
REX Marketing Awards aim at honouring and promoting the best and most effective marketing projects, implemented in the retail market in Russia. It is the country’s first and only prize of this type. The 2014 REX Marketing Awards were presented at a gala in Moscow on March 25th.
The awarded project covered a wide span of B2B marketing and public relations activities which were destined to reach a diversified group of FASHION HOUSE Group’s stakeholders, including potential and current tenants of the outlet centre in Moscow, business partners, local authorities and media. The project was carried out between January 2012 and December 2013, that is over a period before and directly after the opening of the first FASHION HOUSE scheme in Russia. The goal was to support the leasing process, ensure updated information on progress of the construction works on the Moscow site, reach key trade media and educate the market. The campaign contributed to strengthening the image of FASHION HOUSE Group as a leader of the CEE and Russian outlet markets and helped build strong relations with business partners.

Opened in June 2013, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed and professionally managed scheme of this type in Russia. Located a mere 12 km from the capital city, near the Sheremetyevo airport, the outlet centre offers a lettable area of 28 640 sqm and is home to 165 stores, a foodcourt and a parking lot for over 1800 vehicles. Tenants include Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Tru Trussardi, Adidas, Reebok, Nike. The scheme holds a BREEAM Interim certificate with a “good” rate.
