FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow has been selected as one of the 2017 “100 Best Office and Shopping Centers of Russia”.

The winner’s list was prepared jointly by the Independent Expert Council of the Russian Real Estate Market Leaders and the leading federal commercial real estate portal Arendator.ru.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow has been ranked among the 2017’s “100 Best Office and Shopping Centers of Russia” (BEST-100). The scheme was recognized as one of the country’s best developments in terms of i.e. the excellent location, accessibility, architectural and design solutions and management. FASHION HOUSE Group, the developer and operator of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, received the award during the ceremony taking place in St. Petersburg in June.

The BEST-100 list names the most successful projects in the Russia commercial real estate market in two segments: business centers and shopping and entertainment complexes. It is prepared jointly by the Independent Expert Council of the Russian Real Estate Market Leaders and the leading federal commercial real estate portal Arendator.ru. It is an important source of information for the industry, including investors, developers, business partners and tenants.
