FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow increased sales in the first half of 2019 by almost 20%

Moscow with +19.5% in sales – FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow summed up the business results in the first half of 2019. The outlet owned by the FASHION HOUSE Group again captures the good dynamics of the main indicators thanks to enlarging both, the portfolio of tenants and the offer.

The main indicator of growth become sales, which in the first half of 2019 increased by 19,5% compared to the same period of 2018. Such high rates have been maintained for last several years. First quarter of 2019 was also very positive with 20% sales growth compared with the same period of 2018.

Moreover, outlet continues to attract new customers, gaining popularity among residents of Moscow and the region, what resulted in developing attendance rate in the first half of the year increased by 5,4%. Also the share of visitors making shopping at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is constantly growing. During the first 6 months of this year the conversion rate increased by 13,7% to 87,5%. and the average spends per customer by 16%.
Those higher and higher indicators contributed to the expansion of the tenant’s mix in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. Since the beginning of the year, several new stores with a total area of more than 400 square meters were opened here.

“We are very pleased with the results. They prove that customers enjoy shopping in the outlet, which is justified in the current economic conditions. We hope that the attractiveness of this sector will continue to increase among brands that have not fully appreciated the advantages of the concept yet. The growth of sales in Moscow inspires us with even more optimism regarding our FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre in St Petersburg, which will be opened in November 2019”, notes Brendon O’Reilly, managing director of FASHION HOUSE Group.
