FASHION HOUSE Group OFFICIAL SPONSOR AT REX IN MOSCOW

On April 26th Brendon O’Reilly, Fashion House Group’s Managing Director, will deliver a presentation during the MALL retail real estate exhibition in Russia (REX). Fashion House Group is one of the main session sponsors of this year’s edition of the REX exhibition in Moscow.

Brendon O’ Reilly is the Managing Director of FASHION HOUSE Group, Chairman of the Outlet Retailer and Developers Association (ORDA) and a MBA certified retail business expert. Since 2010 he has been at the head of FASHION HOUSE Group which currently is a leading name in the outlet sector in the CEE and expert in emerging markets. Their portfolio includes the development and management of three award-winning Outlet Centres in Poland as well as a successful centre in Romania.

Under the leadership of Brendon, FASHION HOUSE Group is currently developing and leasing Outlets in Moscow and St Petersburg with a third development in Yekaterinburg in planning stages. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, the first fully-enclosed outlet centre in Russia, will be located 12 km away from Moscow, near the Sheremetyevo International Airport. It will be home to 165 outlet units, foodcourt and cafes, 1820 parking spaces and a children’s play area. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow’s foundations are in place and above-the-ground construction has started on site. Over the coming months the structure will take shape which is on track for an opening date of 2013. The Outlet Centre is already over 40% let, which is ahead of schedule, with even more exciting brands in the pipeline.
