The company showcased its outlet centre projects in Poland, Romania and Russia which attracted much interest from MAPIC participants. FASHION HOUSE Group also sponsored the MAPIC Award in the category „Best Fashion & Footwear Retail”.

The company’s currently leading project is FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow – Russia’s first fully-enclosed and professionally managed outlet centre which opened last June. Located only 12 km from the city centre, by the Leningradskoe highway (M10) and near the Sheremetyevo International Airport, the scheme offers a total GLA of 28,640 sqm and is home to 165 outlet units, a food court and over 1800 parking spaces.
The second showcased scheme is FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre St Petersburg, which will be the company’s sixth outlet centre under the FASHION HOUSE brand. The project is being developed on a land property of 12 ha located 20 km south of St Petersburg city centre which guarantees a total catchment area of 5.2 million inhabitants within a 90 minute drive time. With a GLA of 20,260 sqm, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre St Petersburg will be home to 120 store units, coffee bars and restaurants, a childrens’ play area and a parking lot for 1,050 vehicles. The construction process has been divided into 3 phases and the construction works are scheduled for completion in 2014. The total amount of investment
is estimated at 70 million Euros.
FASHION HOUSE Group’s portfolio presented at MAPIC included also 4 projects developed in Poland (Warsaw, Sosnowiec, Gdansk) and Romania (Bucharest) with a total space of over 70,000 sqm. Every year these schemes bring over 250 international brands to 10 million customers. The FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centres in Poland are currently owned by Polonia Property Fund, managed by Peakside Polonia Management.
