FASHION HOUSE Group at REX Moscow 2017

FASHION HOUSE Group will participate in this year’s International retail real estate exhibition and Forum REX, taking place in Moscow on 25-27 April 2017.

The Group will organize an open masterclass titled Digital revolution: how to increase your sales (Wednesday, 26 April 2017, 4.30 p.m. in Expocentre, Pavilion 7, Hall 6, Conference Hall 2). The session is dedicated to retailers who want to discover business advantages of having the omnichannel strategy and online outlet platforms.

At the F22 stand, FASHION HOUSE Group’s leaders will present the company’s projects in Russia – FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre St Petersburg (under development) and FASHION HOUSE Online Shopping.

FASHION HOUSE Group is a leading player in the European outlet sector. With investments over €200 million, Russia remains a key market for the company. The Group has delivered there FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow (already 20,000 sqm and 2 phases) and now is developing a new scheme in St Petersburg (phase I to be opened in 2018). It also focuses on digital innovations, implementing the omnichannel strategy. In April 2016 the Group launched FASHION HOUSE Online Shopping, the first online outlet centre in Russia. Today, this online outlet is offering more than 20 brands and constantly noticing significant growths on business KPIs: conversion rate, number of visits and gross sales.

During REX, one of the most significant real estate events on the Russian market, FASHION HOUSE Group will present these flagship projects in Russia and share expertise on the digital outlet retailing.
