Eight new tenants with more than 1000 sqm at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow expands the mix of tenants with local and international brands. Mono branded stores Timberland and New Balance and two boutiques in the red carpet area – Flash Store and Premium Gallery, opened their shops at the outlet centre over the last 2 months. Shortly, they will be joined by Lacoste in a bigger format, lingerie brands DIM and Laete, as well as Consowear – Italian brand of women’s down jackets and coats.
The new tenants occupy an area of almost 1300 sqm. The footwear offer has been enriched by Timberland and New Balance. On 123 sqm area the first brand offers its customers the whole range of their portfolio , while the second brand – one of the most wanted sneakers for the latest styles.
As to Moscow’s red carpet area, Premium Gallery has already opened a 290 sqm shop. In this multi-brand store clients can find clothing for men and women including well-known brands like Twinset, Etro, Red Valentino, Roberto Cavalli, Diesel, Karl Lagerfeld, Liu Jo. The second store to open in this part of the centre is Flash Store where you can found over 30 premium brands, among others Love Moschino or Dirk Bikkembergs on 144 sqm area.
After visiting all new stores, customers will be able to relax and dine in Sushi Shop located in the foodcourt zone.
Lease agreements with FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow were also concluded by DIM, Laete, CONSO Wear and Lacoste. DIM is a French brand of fine linen, Laete comes from Russia and presents lingerie and homeware and CONSO Wear is a network of branded shops with their own brands like Conso, Lora Grig, Charmante, Arina Festivita, Arina + Nirey. Last but not least, the exclusive brand Lacoste, created in 1993 by the French tennis player Rene Lacoste, will offer collections of clothes and shoes for women and men in store occupying 334 sqm.

We are ending the first half of 2019 with an increase in sales and traffic, as well as with global plans to enter the St. Petersburg market.
