FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow has attracted another premium fashion brand. Calvin Klein, one of the leading and most iconic retailers in the world is to open a 351 sq m store within the first phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow.

Calvin Klein outlet store in FASHION HOUSE Moscow will offer premium quality women’s and men’s apparel 30 to 70 % less thank original prices. The 351 sqm boutique will open in the first phase of the centre, right by the famous fountain.

After impressive 2015, when footfall and sales seen a double digit growth, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow continues to attract even greater customers’ interest. January 2016 was the best January in terms of sales and footfall since the opening of the scheme in June 2013.

Outstanding results and growing interest from retailers encouraged FASHION HOUSE Group to start the construction of the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. Newly created part is due to open on November 4th 2016. It will add 4,500 sqm of GLA and will be home to over 30 new brands. Total cost of construction is approximately € 11 million and the investment will is financed using company’s own equity.

Located by Leningradskoye highway, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed facility of this kind in Russia. List of tenants includes luxury, designer and high street brands: Tommy Hilfiger Adidas, Reebok, US Polo, Tom Tailor, Benetton, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Cacharel, Carlo Pazolini, Tru Trussardi, Samsonite, Salomon, Reserved, Mohito and others.
