FASHION HOUSE Group invests €52 million to opening I phase outlet center in St Petersburg this year.
The FASHION HOUSE Group continues construction work at the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center
St Petersburg. The project with 20,330 sq m of the lease area will offer its clients 120 stores of the world’s largest and local brands at prices lower by several dozen percent than in traditional shopping centers. The opening of the center is planned for the fourth quarter of 2019.
The construction work of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre St Petersburg started in October 2018 and cost €52 million. The Center is being built in the southern part of the city, at Tallinskoe Schosse, in 15 minutes drive of the Pulkovo Airport and the Gorelovo railway station. The center will cover over 5 million customers. It will offer customers top quality international and domestic brands, available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices.
More than 120 brands and a rich restaurant zone will be waiting for customers of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center St Petersburg. Among the tenants who signed lease agreements are Trussardi, Kanzler, Guess, US Polo, Ralf Ringer, Mezzatorre, Glenfield, Gipfel, Baon, Milana, Greyder, Respect, Puma, Adidas, Reebok, Tom Tailor, Henderson, Ekran Otika, Baldinini, Bronnitsky Jewellery, Shelle, Sarto Reale, Lacoste, Superstep, Albione, Gabbiacci, Marc & Andre, Incanto .The investor also predicted a large and comfortable parking lot for 1050 cars.
The food offer is being tailored to the tastes of our St Petersburg customers and will offer a range of category’s including coffee’s and snacks, treats, take away and casual dining. The unique location of FHP allows an enhanced food offer that will be attractive to customers not only visiting the Outlet Centre for shopping.

The architecture of the building will refer to the style of the Benelux countries paying tribute to the unions between St. Petersburg and Amsterdam and other cities of the Netherlands and Belgium.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre St Petersburg is the Group’s second investment on the Russian market, the first outlet center FASHION HOUSE is located in Moscow and has been operating successfully on the market since 2013. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow was the first fully roofed facility of this type in Russia, and the center built in St Petersburg will be the first of such one in this part of Russia.
