Only one week left to the grand opening of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow Phase II
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow Phase II is now completed. It will be opened on 4th November 2016, with a many more new shops offering all fashion lovers an ultimate shopping experience.
The Phase II welcomes three new tenants – SELA, Giovanni Botticelli and Optika Favorit, taking units of 310, 88 and 64 sqm respectively.
FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow will soon welcome customers in the newly created second phase of the scheme, adding 4,500 sqm GLA. The scheme offers customers top quality brands, available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices. Every day alongside the second phase, the development will have over 20,000 sqm GLA. There is also an impressive parking lot of a total area of 12,000 sqm (for more than 1,800 vehicles).
The construction work of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow Phase II started in July 2015 and cost approximately €11 million in total (fully financed with company’s own equity). FASHION HOUSE Group own construction management team, together with licensed General contractor – SS-30, organized all works. Supervision has been performed by IKS. There were 20,000 cbm of ground transported, 2,000 cbm of concrete laid and 440 tons of steel structures brought to the construction site.
Today, all exterior and interior works have already been finished and shop fit-outs are coming to an end. The second phase is leased in 78%. Among the tenants, who have just finalized agreements, are two fashion brands, SELA and Giovanni Botticelli, and Optika Favorit (optician), taking units of 310, 88 and 64 sqm respectively. The constantly extending list of tenants also covers i.e. Melon Fashion Group (befree, LOVE REPUBLIC), Baon, Mr. Sumkin, Guess and Rosinter.
