Opened in June 2013, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed and professionally managed scheme of this type in Russia. Located a mere 12 km from the capital city, near the Sheremetyevo airport, the outlet centre offers a lettable area of 28 640 sqm and is home to 165 stores, a foodcourt and a parking lot for over 1800 vehicles. Tenants include Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Tru Trussardi, Adidas, Reebok, Nike.
The scheme holds a BREEAM Interim certificate with a “good” rate.
