It notices annual double digit growths on the most important business KPIs. Last year sales increased with 20%, sales density with 11% and average transaction value (ATV) with 15%. The scheme’s impressive portfolio is constantly enlarged by inspirational, top quality international and domestic fashion brands, available at between 30%-70% less than original prices, every day of the year. Lately, five new tenants – Alena Akhmadullina, Helly Hansen, Marc & André, Shoiberg and The Windsor Knot – have signed the lease agreements, taking units of 618 sqm in total.
We are satisfied that the available retail space for lease in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is decreasing very fast. So many fantastic fashion brands have already decided to join our scheme. This is a real proof that our outlet concept, leasing condition and operational excellence meet the Russian market requirements – comments Brendon O’Reilly, Managing Director of FASHION HOUSE Group.
The list of new tenants starts from Helly Hansen, offering gear worn and trusted by professionals on oceans, mountains and worksites. The brand, dating its roots in 1877, opened its first ever outlet store in Russia, leasing a 174 sqm unit in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow.

Marc & André, creating elegant swimsuits of original design, lingerie and home wear, decided to lease 80 sqm space. What is more, Shoiberg (dual gender shoe retailer) took a 174 sqm unit and The Windsor Knot (elegant men’s clothing) opened a 68 sqm store.
