First FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre in Russia has opened

On 27 June 2013 FASHION HOUSE Group successfully opened its fifth outlet centre developed in CEE and Russia under the FASHION HOUSE brand. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully-enclosed and professionally managed facility of this type in the country. Its size and location, as well as the quality of the tenant mix, makes it as an important shopping destination, and provides inhabitants of Moscow region with a truly “European-style” outlet experience.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow opened its door for customers at 2 PM on July 27th, right after the ribbon cutting ceremony performed by Mr Yury Pankratov – Head of Solnechnogorsky District, Mr Guy Trouveroy – Ambassador of Belgium to Russia, Mr Alexander Frolov – Chief Architect of Moscow Region, and Mr Patrick Van Den Bossche – Managing Director of FASHION HOUSE Group.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is conveniently located 12 km from Moscow on the Leningradskoye Highway (M10) to St Petersburg, near Sheremetyevo Airport. With a total GLA of 28,640 sqm, the centre is home to 165 outlet units, restaurants, cafes, children’s play area and a parking lot for over 1,800 vehicles. The exterior architectural concept exhibits a “traditional Moscow classic architectural style” whilst the interior boasts the “Window to Europe” concept (which was specially designed for the FASHION HOUSE Group projects in Russia), based on shopping street views from various European cities, including such fashion capitals like London, Paris or Milan.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow offers top quality international and local brands, which are available all year round at discounts ranging from 30% to 70% less than original prices. The tenant mix has been selected according to the specifics of the local market and preferences of Russian customers. FASHION HOUSE Group will now focus on development of its second project in Russia, in St Petersburg, comprising 20,260 sqm of GLA. The company is also proactively searching for development opportunities in other locations in Russia.
