Second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow: less than 250 days to the grand opening

On November 4th, FASHION HOUSE Group will open the second phase of its award-winning FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. With less than 250 days to the opening, construction of the new part of the scheme is gaining momentum.

With total area of 5,650 sqm and GLA of 4,500 sqm, the second phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow will be home to more than 30 new brands. Opening of the second phase is planned for the November 4th 2016. Construction of the second phase started in October 2015 and the works are ahead of the schedule. Company has already completed the construction of the walls and the steel structure of the roof, started glazing and launched heating system. FASHION HOUSE Group supervise work of local suppliers and controls all the details of construction to ensure the best build standard and quality. Total cost of construction is approximately €11 million and is fully financed with company’s own equity.

The first phase of FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, opened in June 2013, turned out to be an enormous success. The scheme enjoys continuous interest from both customers and  retailers, especially premium fashion brands. In December 2015 several premium brands, including Pinko, Furla and Galleria Deluxe opened stores at FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. At the beginning of 2016 FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is seeing a constant double digit growth of sales and footfall.

Located by Leningradskoye highway FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the first fully enclosed scheme of this type in Russia, which is a key in ensuring outstanding customer experience despite the weather conditions. It offers customers top quality international and domestic brands, available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices.
