NIKE SIGNS FOR NIKE FACTORY STORE IN RUSSIA AS THE LATEST LEASE SIGNING FOR FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow IS ANNOUNCED

The world’s largest sporting-goods maker Nike is the latest leading brand to sign up for the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, which is due to open in 2013.

The world’s largest sporting-goods maker Nike is the latest leading brand to sign up for the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, which is due to open in 2013.

The 694 sqm space is one of the largest retail units available, making them one of the cornerstones of the Moscow center offer. Nike will be amongst the 60 branded stores due to open in Phase 1 of the development, joining an ever growing list of luxury, designer and high street brands including Puma, US Polo, Lacoste, Cacharel, Calzedonia, Ralph Ringer and Intimissimi.

Nike has a strong full-price appeal in Russia and together with FASHION HOUSE Group is now coming into this market place with their Outlet retail offer, joining FASHION HOUSE Moscow project which is one of the first Outlet Centers in Russia. Nike has been working with FASHION HOUSE Group over a number of years on many other European markets where FHG has a proven track record for managing successful centers.

Brendon O’Reilly, Managing Director of FASHION HOUSE Group adds: “We have a long history working with the NIKE Outlet team and they know when coming into a new Outlet market they need a credible and reliable partner. we are delighted they have chosen FASHION HOUSE Moscow. Nike is the best known sports brands in the world with an international reputation which will fit in well with the high quality mix of brands we are attracting to our Moscow Centre.”

“We have had fantastic interest in our Moscow outlet and the center is already 75% committed, which is well ahead of our target for opening. with the current interest levels we are confident Moscow will have a high caliber tenant list offering a unique and exciting shopping experience,” says O’Reilly.

FASHION HOUSE Group is currently developing and leasing their two existing Russian projects, in Moscow and St Petersburg, and have just confirmed that they are now committed to a third development, with an ideal site in Yekaterinburg. Projects are underway in Kiev, Ukraine and consultancy is being provided to projects in Belgrade, Serbia and Ljubljana, Slovenia. Further afield, partnerships in the Asian markets are also in place.
