FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest welcomes three new tenants: Sport Vision, R&R Boutique and Issimo Home

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest debuts in 2016 with an additional leased area of 770 sq.m. Sport Vision, the famous sportswear brand, and R&R Boutique, premium shoes manufacturer and retailer opened their first professional outlet stores in Romania. Issimo Home, popular home & bath textiles producer also joined the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Bucharest, whileTom Tailor decided to expand its existing store in the scheme.

Sport Vision is an international multi-brand store operator that hosts over 40 brands of sports footwear, apparel and equipment, such as: Nike, Adidas, Umbro, Reebok, Champion, Converse, Ellese, Puma, Sergio Tacchini, Carrera, Karrimor, Slazenger and many others. It will occupy a 375 sq.m. corner unit in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre.
With over 200 luxury stores in Turkey and several retail partnerships in over 15 countries, Issimo Home is a renowned manufacturer of premium home & bath textiles. The company took a 78 sq.m. unit in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre, where it will offer accessories such as linens, towels, bathrobes, blankets and curtains.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest will be also home to the first Romanian outlet store of R&R Boutique, a shoes manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience. R&R Boutique will open a 144 sq.m. unit, which will act as a multi-brand outlet, selling both its own creations, as well as several famous international footwear brands.

In addition, Tom Tailor decided to expand its current store in FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre with an additional 173 sq.m. retail space, which raised the total area of the store to 320 sq.m.

The recent store openings continue the positive progress of FASHION HOUSE outlet store in Bucharest, started in 2014 and accelerated throughout 2015. In the past 12 months, other 10 new tenants joined FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest: Guess, Mustang Jeans, Spanish Kids, Kiddie Rides, Format Lady, Faith by MD, Nissa, Napoleoni, TED’s, Lacoste & Gant.

Opened in 2008, the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre within West Park Retail is the first outlet centre in Romania, developed by FASHION HOUSE Group, part of Liebrecht & wooD Group. Strategically located next to Bucharest’s ring road and with direct access from the A1 highway, it can be reached in a mere 30 minutes’ drive time from the city centre. The scheme offers 20,000 sqm total GLA (Phase I, II & III) – over 60 shops, a foodcourt and an ample parking with 2,150 parking lots. Tenant mix include such brands as: Puma, Adidas, US Polo, Champion, Stefanel, Mango, Tom Tailor, Ecco, Camel Active, Lee Cooper, Nissa, Lacoste & Gant.
