On the stand no. P-1.E50 FASHION HOUSE Group will showcase its flagship projects. The special attention will be paid to FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow. This is the first fully enclosed outlet centre in Russia, which phase II was duly opened on 4th November 2016. Today FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow has 20,000 sqm GLA and over 100 stores dedicated to the best international and local brands. The scheme notices yearly double digit growth on footfall and sales. The second Russia’s showcased scheme will be FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre St Petersburg, with a GLA of 20,330, now being developed 20 km south of the St Petersburg city centre.

FASHION HOUSE Group’s portfolio presented at the MAPIC stand will also cover schemes in Poland (Warsaw, Sosnowiec, Gdańsk), owned by Polonia Property Fund II managed by Peakside Capital, and FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest, the first and only professional outlet centre in Romania, which posts spectacular business results. In 2015, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Bucharest retail sales registered increased of up to 20% on a monthly basis, materialized in annual sales 10,5% higher than in 2014. The conversion rate increased with 23,8% compared to the year before.
