FASHION HOUSE Group AT MAPIC 2012

FASHION HOUSE Group will be present at the 2012 edition of MAPIC, the international networking, exhibition and conference event for retail real-estate professionals, held on November 14th-16th in Cannes, France. The company will showcase its outlet centre projects throughout Europe including new exciting ones in Russia and Romania.

As Russia has been chosen “The Country of Honour” for the 2012 edition of MAPIC, FASHION HOUSE Group will take the opportunity to showcase its latest projects in Russia and share its experience on entering new markets. On Wednesday, 14th November (11 a.m., Agora Room), FASHION HOUSE Group will host a panel discussion entitled One place. One date. Key players in the outlet sector reveal their expansion plans. Attended by representatives of main outlet centre developers, the conference will highlight prospective markets, their outlet retailing potential as well as the most effective tools to conquer new audiences.

The following day, 15th November, the company’s experts will be giving a presentation on Russian Outlet market made easier – come discover your next best opportunity! accompanied by a Russian food tasting. It will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at FASHION HOUSE Group’s stand no: level 1, 19.18/21.13.

The company’s currently leading project, FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow, is located by the Leningradskoe highway, within 55 minutes’ drive from the city centre, near the Sheremetyevo International Airport. It will be Russia’s first fully-enclosed outlet centre, with a catchment area of 13.4 m people within a 90 minutes drive time. With a GLA of 28,640 sqm, it will be home to 165 outlet units, a food court and several cafes, 1,820 car parking spaces and a children’s play area. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is already 79% committed to. The tenant mix will include: TSUM Outlet, Salomon, Le Creuset, Samsonite, Adidas and Reebok, US Polo, Nike, Puma, Lacoste and others. Further lease agreements are under negotiations.

The company has already successfully delivered four FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centres in Poland and Romania of a total lettable area of over 70,000 sqm. Three centres located in Poland (Sosnowiec, Warsaw, Gdańsk) have been sold in 2007-2008 to Polonia Property Fund II Ltd (currently managed by Peakside Capital). FASHION HOUSE Group is now entering the Russian market with projects located in Moscow, St Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. Furthermore, the Group is developing its second project in Bucharest, Romania, which gives a total lettable area of 84,400 sqm under development. FASHION HOUSE Group is also planning on expanding on the Ukrainian market.
